Abu Nusa said “We arrived just at the moment when the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ conquered Khaibar and he allotted us a portion (or he said he gave us some of it). He allotted nothing to anyone who was not present at the conquest of Khaybar, giving shares only to those who were present with him except for those who were in our ship, Ja’far and his companions to whom he gave (a portion) something along with them.  

أبو داود:٢٧٢٥حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ حَدَّثَنَا بُرَيْدٌ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ

قَدِمْنَا فَوَافَقْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ حِينَ افْتَتَحَ خَيْبَرَ فَأَسْهَمَ لَنَا أَوْ قَالَ فَأَعْطَانَا مِنْهَا وَمَا قَسَمَ لأَحَدٍ غَابَ عَنْ فَتْحِ خَيْبَرَ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا إِلاَّ لِمَنْ شَهِدَ مَعَهُ إِلاَّ أَصْحَابَ سَفِينَتِنَا جَعْفَرٌ وَأَصْحَابُهُ فَأَسْهَمَ لَهُمْ مَعَهُمْ

[Machine] So we agreed with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when he opened Khaibar and he gave us (some of its wealth). And he did not distribute anything from the spoils of Khaibar to anyone who was absent from its conquest except those who witnessed it with him, except for the companions of our ship with Ja'far and his companions, so he distributed with them.  

البيهقي:١٢٩١٦أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ حَدَّثَنِي بُرَيْدٌ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى فَذَكَرَ قُدُومَهُمْ عَلَى جَعْفَرِ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ بِالْحَبَشَةِ قَالَ فَأَقَمْنَا مَعَهُ حَتَّى قَدِمْنَا جَمِيعًا قَالَ

أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَمُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي كُرَيْبٍ وَهَؤُلَاءِ إِنْ حَضَرُوا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَنْقَطِعَ الْحَرْبُ أَوْ قَبْلَ حِيَازَةِ الْغَنِيمَةِ فَأَشْرَكَهُمْ فِيهَا فَهِيَ فِي مَسْأَلَتِنَا وَإِنْ حَضَرُوا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ وَعَلَيْهِ يَدُلُّ
