The Prophet ﷺ said: The warrior gets his reward, and the one who equips him gets his own reward and that of the warrior.  

أبو داود:٢٥٢٦ – حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْمِصِّيصِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنِ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ حَيْوَةَ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شُفَىٍّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لِلْغَازِي أَجْرُهُ وَلِلْجَاعِلِ أَجْرُهُ وَأَجْرُ الْغَازِي
