"The Prophet wiped his head and his ears: the outside and the inside of them." ($ahih)  

الترمذي:٣٦ – حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلاَنَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ وَأُذُنَيْهِ ظَاهِرِهِمَا وَبَاطِنِهِمَا  

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ الرُّبَيِّعِ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَحَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ يَرَوْنَ مَسْحَ الأُذُنَيْنِ ظُهُورِهِمَا وَبُطُونِهِمَا

ibnmajah:442 – Hishām b. ʿAmmār > al-Walīd > Ḥarīz b. ʿUthmān > ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. Maysarah > al-Miqdām b. Maʿdīkarib

The Messenger of Allah performed ablution and he wiped his head and his ears, inside and out.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَوَضَّأَ فَمَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ وَأُذُنَيْهِ ظَاهِرَهُمَا وَبَاطِنَهُمَا
