he saw the Prophet performing Wudu, and that he wiped his head with water that was not left over from his hands.
أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ تَوَضَّأَ وَأَنَّهُ مَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ بِمَاءٍ غَيْرِ فَضْلِ يَدَيْهِ
he saw the Prophet performing Wudu, and that he wiped his head with water that was not left over from his hands.
أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ تَوَضَّأَ وَأَنَّهُ مَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ بِمَاءٍ غَيْرِ فَضْلِ يَدَيْهِ
He wiped his head with water which was not what was left over after washing his hands (i.e. he wiped his head with clean water); then he washed his feet until he cleansed them.
أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ وُضُوءَهُ وَقَالَ وَمَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ بِمَاءٍ غَيْرِ فَضْلِ يَدَيْهِ وَغَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ حَتَّى أَنْقَاهُمَا
[Machine] I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ perform ablution one day, then he wiped his head with water other than the water of his hands.
رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ تَوَضَّأَ يَوْمًا فَمَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ بِمَاءٍ غَيْرِ فَضْلِ يَدَيْهِ
