Reward for showing patience for blindness is Jannah

tirmidhi:2401 – Maḥmūd b. Ghaylān > ʿAbd al-Razzāq > Sufyān > al-Aʿmash > Abū Ṣāliḥ > Abū Hurayrah

attributed to the Prophet ﷺ that he said that: Allah ﷻ said: "From whomever I took away his two beloved things (his two eye), and he showed patience hoping for reward, I shall not be satisfied with any reward for him less than Paradise."

Abū ʿĪsá said that this Ḥadīth is Ḥasan-Ṣaḥīḥ.
الترمذي:٢٤٠١ – حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُ ﷻ مَنْ أَذْهَبْتُ حَبِيبَتَيْهِ فَصَبَرَ وَاحْتَسَبَ لَمْ أَرْضَ لَهُ ثَوَابًا دُونَ الْجَنَّةِ

وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever causes the separation of his loved ones but remains patient and seeks reward, I guarantee him nothing less than Paradise."
