[Machine] On the authority of Abdullah regarding His statement {then, [in consequence], keep them in good manner or release them in a good manner}, he said, "Whoever intends to divorce, which is the divorce itself, he should wait until the woman purifies from menstruation, then he should divorce her while she is in a state of purity and not during intercourse."  

الطبراني:٩٦١٤حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَلْمٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ فِي قَوْلِهِ {فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ} قَالَ «مَنْ أَرَادَ الطَّلَاقَ الَّذِي هُوَ الطَّلَاقُ فَلْيُمْهِلْ حَتَّى إِذَا طَهُرَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنَ الْحَيْضِ فَلْيُطَلِّقْهَا طَاهِرًا فِي غَيْرِ جِمَاعٍ»
