الطبراني:٩٣١٥حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ ثنا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ كَانَ §يَكْرَهُ تَلْقِينَ الْإِمَامِ

وَقَالَ «إِنَّهُ كَلَامٌ»

No! Indeed, it is the Flame ˹of Hell˺,  

Nay! — a refutation of his wish. Lo! ˹for him˺ it, namely, the Fire, will be the Churning Fire (lazā) — a name for Hell, ˹so called˺ because it churns its flames ˹tatalazzā˺ against the disbelievers,

كَلَّا ۖ إِنَّهَا لَظَىٰ  

{كلا} رد لما يوده {إنها} أي النار {لظى} اسم لجهنم لأنها تتلظى، أي تتلهب على الكفار.
