[Machine] While he was reading in the mosque, the Prophet ﷺ passed by and noticed him making supplications. When the Prophet ﷺ , Abu Bakr, and Umar caught up with him, they heard his supplication which they did not recognize. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Ask and you shall be given." Abu Bakr then returned to Ibn Mas'ud and asked him what supplication he had made. Ibn Mas'ud replied, "I praised and glorified Allah, and then I said, 'O Allah, there is no deity except You, Your promise is true, meeting You is true, Paradise is true, Hellfire is true, Your messengers are true, the prophets are true, and Muhammad ﷺ is true.'"
