[Machine] I came to the Prophet ﷺ with a container of camel milk, and he said, "Milk it." I replied, "Shall I exhaust myself?" He said, "No, do not exhaust yourself, just leave the camels' young ones with their mothers."  

الطبراني:٨١٣١حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ثنا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ثنا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ بَحِيرٍ عَنْ ضِرَارِ بْنِ الْأَزْوَرِ قَالَ

أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بِنُتُوجٍ مِنْ إِبِلِي فَقَالَ «احْلُبْهَا فَقُلْتُ» أُجْهِدُ؟ قَالَ «لَا تُجْهِدْ دَعْ دَوَاعِي اللَّبَنِ»
