[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited a person from selling the fruit of his palm tree until it was eaten, out of fear that he might sell it while it is still developing and spoil the fruit. He also prohibited a person from selling their crop until it reaches the harvest, and he prohibited selling food for gold until the food is received, out of fear of engaging in usury.
