tabarani:4905 – Abū Yazīd al-Qarāṭīsī And Yaḥyá b. Ayyūb al-ʿAllāf > Saʿīd b. Abū Maryam > ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. Abū al-Zinād from my father > ʿAwf b. Mujālid al-Ḥaḍramī

[Machine] Zaid ibn Thabit said, "This (ruling) of the strictness comes after this (ruling) of the leniency by six months, then the strictness was abrogated by the leniency."  

الطبراني:٤٩٠٥ – حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْعَلَّافُ قَالَا ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي أَنَّ عَوْفَ بْنَ مُجَالِدٍ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ أَخْبَرَهُ قَالَ وَكَانَ امْرَأَ صِدْقٍ قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنِي وَنَحْنُ عِنْدَ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِزَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ يَا أَبَا سَعِيدٍ إِنَّا نَجْدُ فِي سُورَةِ الْفُرْقَانِ {وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَدْعُونَ مَعَ اللهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ وَلَا يَقْتُلُونَ النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا يَزْنُونَ} إِلَى قَوْلِهِ {وَكَانَ اللهُ غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا} ونَجِدُ فِي سُورَةِ النِّسَاءِ {وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِدًا فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلعَنَهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ عَذَابًا عَظِيمًا} فَنَجِدُ لَهُ فِي إِحْدَاهُمَا تَوْبَةً وَفِي الْأُخْرَى مُسْجَلَةً فَقَالَ

زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ «هَذِهِ الْغَلِيظَةُ بَعْدَ هَذِهِ اللَّيِّنَةِ بِسِتَّةِ أَشْهُرٍ فَنَسَخَتِ الْغَلِيظَةُ اللَّيِّنَةِ»
