[Machine] A man asked the Prophet ﷺ about the time of the Fajr prayer. He said, "Pray it with us today and tomorrow." When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was at the valley of Nimirah from Al-Juhfah, he prayed it when the first light of dawn appeared until it was close to sunrise. Then the people said, "Should we perform the prayer?" So he prayed facing the sun, then he turned to the people and said, "What did you say?" They said, "If we had performed it." He said, "If you had done so, then punishment would have befallen you." Then he called the questioner and said, "Its time is between the two prayers."
