[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited disputes and said, "Whoever has land and does not need it, let him give it to his brother."  

الطبراني:٤٢٥٦b – حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عِنْدَ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ أُسَيْدِ بْنِ ظُهَيْرٍ قَالَ جَاءَنَا رَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ فَذَكَرَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَقَالَ «مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَاسْتَغْنَى عَنْهَا فَلْيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ»

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَإِنَّهُ أَنْ يَمْنَحَهَا أَخَاهُ خَيْرٌ
