خِذَامٌ أَبُو وَدِيعَةَ

[Machine] Abdulrahman and Mujammil, the sons of Yazid bin Jariyah, said: "He (Abdulrahman) forced his daughter to marry a man against her will, and she was still a virgin. So she went to the Prophet ﷺ and mentioned this to him, and he nullified their marriage."  

الطبراني:٤١٧٩حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ

عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَمُجَمِّعٍ ابْنَيْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ قَالَا «أَنْكَحَ خِذَامٌ ابْنَتَهُ وَهِي كَارِهَةٌ رَجُلًا وَهِي ثَيِّبٌ فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا»
