عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي الْهُذَيْلِ، عَنْ خَبَّابٍ

[Machine] I entered the house of Khabbab and saw uncovered silver coins. So I asked, "What is this?" He said, "I sold my property in so-and-so village and I don't see anyone more deserving of it than me."  

الطبراني:٣٧٠٦حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْكِنْدِيُّ ثنا الثِّقَةُ عَنْ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ عَنِ الْأَجْلَحِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي الْهُذَيْلِ قَالَ

دَخَلْتُ عَلَى خَبَّابٍ فَرَأَيْتُ فِي بَيْتِهِ دَرَاهِمَ مَكْشُوفَةً فَقُلْتُ مَا هَذَا؟ قَالَ «بِعْتُ ضَيْعَتِي الْفُلَانِيَّةَ وَقَدْ أَنْفَقْتُها مَا أَرَى أَحَدًا أَحَقَّ بِهِ مِنِّي»
