حِذْيَمٌ أَبُو حَنْظَلَةَ الْحَنَفِيُّ

tabarani:3477 – Aḥmad b. Dāwud al-Makkī > Muḥammad b. Abū Bakr al-Muqaddamī > Muḥammad b. ʿUthmān > Dhayyāl b. ʿUbayd from my father

[Machine] "His father, Hitham, said, 'O Messenger of Allah, I have children, and this is my youngest son, so please bless him.' The Prophet ﷺ said, 'Come, O boy.' He took my hand, wiped my head, and said, 'May Allah bless you with him.' Then, I saw a man with a swollen eye being brought to him, and he would wipe his hand over it and say, 'In the name of Allah,' and the swelling would disappear."  

الطبراني:٣٤٧٧ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ثنا ذَيَّالُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَدِّي يَقُولُ قَالَ

أَبُوهُ حِذْيَمٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي ذُو بَنِينَ وَهَذَا أَصْغَرُ بَنِيَّ فَشَمِّتْ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ «تَعَالَ يَا غُلَامُ» فَأَخَذَ بِيَدَيَّ وَمَسَحَ رَأْسِي وَقَالَ «بَارَكَ اللهُ لَكَ فِيهِ» قَالَ فَرَأَيْتُ حَنْظَلَةَ يُؤْتَى بِالْإِنْسَانِ الْوَرِمِ فَيَمْسَحُ يَدَهُ عَلَيْهِ وَيَقُولُ بِسْمِ اللهِ فَيَذْهَبُ الْوَرَمُ

[Machine] His father, Hizyam, said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have several children, and this is the youngest of my children. He has been afflicted with a boil, so he said, 'Come here, young boy.' He took my hand and wiped it over my head and said, 'May Allah bless him.' Then, I saw a vessel being brought for a person with a rash, and he would wipe his hand over it and say, 'In the name of Allah, may the rash go away.'"
