[Machine] I do not ascend or speak until you grant me, if I speak the truth, that you believe me, and if I speak falsely, that you accuse me. So give it to him, and he ascended the pulpit and praised and glorified Allah. He then said, "By Allah, O 'Amr and O Mu'gheerah, you both know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'May Allah curse the driver and the rider.' Is one of them Fulan? They said, 'O Allah, yes, indeed.' He said, 'I ask you by Allah, O Mu'awiyah and O Mu'gheerah, do you know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ cursed 'Amr with every quatrain he said?' They said, 'O Allah, yes, indeed.' He said, 'I ask you by Allah, O 'Amr and O Mu'awiyah, do you both know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ cursed the people of this town?' They said, 'O Allah, yes, indeed.' Al-Hasan then said, 'Indeed, I praise Allah who caused you to fall into the hands of the one who dissociated from this.'"  

الطبراني:٢٦٩٨حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى السَّاجِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ بُنْدَارٌ ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ الْمِسْمَعِيُّ ثنا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُدَيْرٍ أَظُنُّهُ عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ قَالَ قَالَ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْعَاصِ وَالْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ لِمُعَاوِيَةَ إِنَّ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ عَيِيُّ وَإِنَّ لَهُ كَلَامًا وَرَأَيًا وَإِنَّهُ قَدْ عَلِمْنَا كَلَامَهُ فَيَتَكَلَّمُ كَلَامًا فَلَا يَجِدُ كَلَامًا فَقَالَ لَا تَفْعَلُوا فَأَبَوْا عَلَيْهِ فَصَعِدَ عَمْرٌو الْمِنْبَرَ فَذَكَرَ عَلِيًّا وَوَقَعَ فِيهِ ثُمَّ صَعِدَ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ فَحَمِدَ اللهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ وَقَعَ فِي عَلِيٍّ ؓ ثُمَّ قِيلَ لِلْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ اصْعَدْ فَقَالَ

لَا أَصْعَدُ وَلَا أَتَكَلَّمُ حَتَّى تُعْطُونِي إِنْ قُلْتُ حَقًّا أَنْ تُصَدِّقُونِي وَإِنْ قُلْتُ بَاطِلًا أَنْ تُكَذِّبُونِي فَأَعْطَوْهُ فَصَعِدَ الْمِنْبَرَ فَحَمِدَ اللهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ بِاللهِ يَا عَمْرُو وَأَنْتَ يَا مُغِيرَةُ تَعْلَمَانِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَعَنَ اللهُ السَّائِقَ وَالرَّاكِبَ» أَحَدُهُمَا فُلَانٌ؟ قَالَا اللهُمَّ نَعَمْ بَلَى قَالَ أَنْشُدُكَ اللهَ يَا مُعَاوِيَةُ وَيَا مُغِيرَةُ أَتَعْلَمَانِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَعَنَ عَمْرًا بِكُلِّ قَافِيَةٍ قَالَهَا لَعْنَةً؟ قَالَا اللهُمَّ بَلَى قَالَ أَنْشُدُكَ اللهَ يَا عَمْرُو وَأَنْتَ يَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنَ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ أَتَعْلَمَانِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَعَنَ قَوْمَ هَذَا؟ قَالَا بَلَى قَالَ الْحَسَنُ فَإِنِّي أَحْمَدُ اللهَ الَّذِي وَقَعْتُمْ فِيمَنْ تَبَرَّأَ مِنْ هَذَا وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
