[Machine] I was passing by this verse and I didn't know what it meant. His saying "at evening and in the morning" until Umm Hani bint Abi Talib narrated to me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon her and he called for ablution in a container. It was as if I was seeing the traces of dough in it. So he performed ablution and then stood to pray Duha and said, "O Umm Hani, this is the prayer of the morning brightness."
كُنْتُ أَمُرُّ بِهَذِهِ الْآيَةِ فَمَا أَدْرِي مَا هِيَ؟ قَوْلُهُ {بِالْعَشِيِّ وَالْإِشْرَاقِ} حَتَّى حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمُّ هَانِئٍ بِنْتُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا فَدَعَا بِوَضُوءٍ فِي جَفْنَةٍ فَكَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى أَثَرِ الْعَجِينِ فِيهَا فَتَوَضَّأَ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَصَلَّى الضُّحَى فَقَالَ «يَا أُمَّ هَانِئٍ هَذِهِ صَلَاةُ الْإِشْرَاقِ»
