زَيْنَبُ الْأَسَدِيَّةُ

tabarani:21200 – Muḥammad b. ʿAbdullāh al-Ḥaḍramī > al-Qāsim b. Muḥammad b. Abū Shaybah > ʿĀmir b. Ibrāhīm al-Aṣbahānī > Yaʿqūb b. ʿAbdullāh al-Qummī > ʿAnbasah b. Saʿīd > Zakariyyā b. Khālid > Abū al-Zubayr > Mujāhid > Zaynab al-Asadiyyah

[Machine] She said, "I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and said, 'O Messenger of Allah, my father has passed away and left behind a young girl who gave birth to a boy. And we used to suspect her.' He said, 'Bring him to me.' So when they brought him to him, he looked at him and said, 'Indeed, he will inherit, and as for you, stay away from him.'"  

الطبراني:٢١٢٠٠ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا عَامِرُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْقُمِّيِّ عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ زَيْنَبَ الْأَسَدِيَّةِ

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ أَبِي مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ جَارِيَةً فَوَلَدَتْ غُلَامًا وَإِنَّا كُنَّا نَتَّهِمُها فَقَالَ «ائْتُونِي بِهِ» فَلَمَّا أَتَوْهُ بِهِ نَظَرَ إِلَيْهِ وَقَالَ «إِنَّ الْمِيرَاثَ لَهُ وَأَمَّا أَنْتِ فَاحْتَجِبِي مِنْهُ»

[Machine] I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Verily, my father Zama'ah has died, leaving behind a mother and a child. We used to think that she was with a man, but she had given birth and her child resembles the man we thought she was with." The Messenger ﷺ said to her, "As for you, maintain your veiling from him, for he is not your brother and does not have any inheritance rights."  

أحمد:٢٧٤١٩ – حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ مَوْلًى لِآلِ الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ إِنَّ بِنْتَ زَمْعَةَ قَالَتْ

أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ إِنَّ أَبِي زَمْعَةَ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ أُمَّ وَلَدٍ لَهُ وَإِنَّا كُنَّا نَظُنُّهَا بِرَجُلٍ وَإِنَّهَا وَلَدَتْ فَخَرَجَ وَلَدُهَا يُشْبِهُ الرَّجُلَ الَّذِي ظَنَنَّاهَا بِهِ قَالَ فَقَالَ ﷺ لَهَا أَمَّا أَنْتِ فَاحْتَجِبِي مِنْهُ فَلَيْسَ بِأَخِيكِ وَلَهُ الْمِيرَاثُ
