[Machine] That Rayyata, the sister of Abdullah al-Thaqafi, was under the care of Ibn Mas'ud. She was a woman who used to make and sell her own handicrafts. She said to Ibn Mas'ud, "You and your child have occupied me with expenses in the way of Allah, so I am unable to spend in the way of Allah." Ibn Mas'ud replied, "I do not wish for you to do that if you will not be rewarded for it. So I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he said, 'Spend on them, for you will be rewarded for what you spend on them.'"
