حَسَنَةُ أُمُّ شُرَحْبِيلٍ لَهَا ذِكْرٌ، وَلَا حَدِيثَ لَهَا

tabarani:21012 – Muḥammad b. ʿAbdullāh al-Ḥaḍramī > Muḥammad b. ʿAbdullāh b. Numayr

[Machine] I heard Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Numayr saying, "Shurahbil ibn Hasana's goodness was only because of his mother, and she was one of those who migrated to Abyssinia (Ethiopia)."  

الطبراني:٢١٠١٢ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ يَقُولُ «شُرَحْبِيلُ بْنُ حَسَنَةَ إِنَّمَا حَسَنَةُ أُمُّهُ وَكَانَتْ مِمَّنْ هَاجَرَ إِلَى الْحَبَشَةِ»
