[Machine] Whoever touches his private parts should perform ablution, and if someone reproaches him for doing so, he should bring Busra bint Safwan and ask her, as she said, "I heard the Prophet ﷺ say, 'Whoever touches his private parts should perform ablution.'"  

الطبراني:٢٠٩٧٥حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ مَرْوَانَ بْنَ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ

مَنْ مَسَّ فَرْجَهُ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ فَأَنْكَرَ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ عُرْوَةُ فَقَالَ يَا شُرْطِيُّ ائْتِ بُسْرَةَ بِنْتَ صَفْوَانَ فَسَلْهَا فَإِنَّهَا قَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ مَسَّ ذَكَرَهُ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ»
