[Machine] About touching the private parts, and he did not see any harm in it, so Marwan sent some of his guards to Busrat bint Safwan and she told me that the Prophet ﷺ said, "When a man touches his private parts with his hand, he should not pray until he performs ablution." He returned and said, "She said yes." Then, my father used to say, "Whoever touches his private parts or his intimate parts should perform ablution."  

الطبراني:٢٠٩٧٣حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ عِنْدَ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ فَسُئِلَ

عَنْ مَسِّ الذَّكَرِ فَلَمْ يَرَ بِهِ بَأْسًا فَبَعَثَ مَرْوَانُ بَعْضَ حَرَسِهِ إِلَى بُسْرَةَ بِنْتِ صَفْوَانَ فَقَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا مَسَّ الرَّجُلُ فَرْجَهُ بِيَدِهِ فَلَا يُصَلِّي حَتَّى يَتَوَضَّأَ» فَرَجَعَ فَقَالَ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ فَكَانَ أَبِي بَعْدُ يَقُولُ مَنْ مَسَّ رُفْغَهُ أَوْ أُنْثَيَيْهِ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ
