[Machine] Umm Salamah, O Messenger of Allah, there is a woman whose husband has passed away. Is she allowed to apply kohl? He replied, "One of you used to take a small branch and throw it behind her back when her husband passed away, and she would say, 'I will not adorn myself with kohl until this branch turns into charcoal, and it takes about four months and ten days for that to happen."
