[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The Imam is a shield, so if he completes (his duties), then there is for you (reward), and if he lacks (in his duties), then the deficiency is upon him, and it is for you to complete (your responsibilities)."  

الطبراني:١٨٧٨٤ – حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الْمَدِينِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ فَإِنْ أَتَمَّ فَلَكُمْ وَإِنْ نَقَصَ فَعَلَيْهِ النُّقْصَانُ وَلَكُمُ التَّمَامُ»
