قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ

tabarani:18585 – Muḥammad b. ʿAbdullāh al-Ḥaḍramī > Yaḥyá al-Ḥimmānī > Qays b. al-Rabīʿ > ʿAwn b. Abū Juḥayfah from his father

[Machine] I entered upon the Prophet ﷺ with two men from the Bani 'Amir, and he said, "Who are you?" We said, "We are from the Bani 'Amir." He said, "You both are from me."  

الطبراني:١٨٥٨٥ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثنا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

دَخَلْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَا وَرَجُلَانِ مِنْ بَنِي عَامِرٍ فَقَالَ «مِمَّنْ أَنْتُمْ؟» قُلْنَا مِنْ بَنِي عَامِرٍ قَالَ «أَنْتُمَا مِنِّي»

ذِكْرُ مَدْحِ الْمُصْطَفَى ﷺ بَنِي عَامِرٍ

ibnhibban:7293 – Muḥammad b. ʿUmar b. Yūsuf > Yūsuf b. Mūsá > Wakīʿ > Misʿar b. Kidām > ʿAwn b. Abū Juḥayfah from his father

[Machine] I and two men from the Banu 'Amir entered upon the Prophet ﷺ , and he asked, "Who are you?" We replied, "We are from the Banu 'Amir." The Prophet ﷺ then said, "Welcome to you, you are from me."
