[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever teaches knowledge, he will have the reward of what the person who acts upon it earns, without any decrease in the reward of the person who acts."  

الطبراني:١٧٦٤٤ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ضِرَارُ بْنُ صُرَدَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ زَبَّانَ بْنِ فَايِدٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ عَلَّمَ عِلْمًا فَلَهُ أَجْرٌ مَا عَمِلَ بِهِ عَامَلٌ وَلَا يَنْقُصُ مِنْ أَجْرِ الْعَامِلِ»
