[Machine] When death approached him, he wept, so they asked him, "What makes you cry?" He said, "By Allah, I do not cry out of fear of death, nor do I cry over leaving behind this world. But I have heard the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , say, 'They are both a clasp, and one clasp is in the Fire while the other is in Paradise. I do not know which clasp I will be in.'"  

الطبراني:١٧٥٦٣حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا الْبَرَاءُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْغَنَوِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ لَمَّا

أَنْ حَضَرَهُ الْمَوْتُ بَكَى فَقَالُوا مَا يُبْكِيكَ؟ فَقَالَ وَاللهِ مَا أَبْكِي جَزَعًا مِنَ الْمَوْتِ وَلَا عَلَى دُنْيَا أُخَلِّفُهَا بَعْدِي وَلَكِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّمَا هُمَا قَبْضَتَانِ فَقَبْضَةٌ فِي النَّارِ وَقَبْضَةٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ فَلَا أَدْرِي مِنْ أَيِّ الْقَبْضَتَيْنِ أَكُونُ؟»
