[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to the people, "If the imam prays while sitting, then all of you should pray while sitting." Al-Qasim said, "The people were amazed at the sincerity of Muawiyah."  

الطبراني:١٦٨٧٥ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ وَالْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ قَالَا ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لِلنَّاسِ «إِنْ صَلَّى الْإِمَامُ جَالِسًا فَصَلُّوا جُلُوسًا» قَالَ الْقَاسِمُ «فَعَجِبَ النَّاسُ مِنْ صِدْقِ مُعَاوِيَةَ»
