[Machine] I heard Mujalid ibn Sa'id saying, "May Allah have mercy on Mu'awiya, how strong was his love for the Arabs."  

الطبراني:١٦٨٠٠حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَابِقٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُسَامَةَ يَقُولُ

سَمِعْتُ مُجَالِدَ بْنَ سَعِيدٍ يَقُولُ «رَحِمَ اللهُ مُعَاوِيَةَ مَا كَانَ أَشَدَّ حُبِّهِ لِلْعَرَبِ»
