[Machine] "To his companions, he said, 'Shall I not show you how the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was?' And this was outside of the time of prayer. He stood, then bowed, then made the takbeer (saying Allahu Akbar), then raised his head and stood briefly, then prostrated, then raised his head, then waited, then prostrated again, then raised his head, then waited briefly, then prostrated again. And the wording is from Aarim."  

الطبراني:١٦٧٤٤حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا عَارِمٌ أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيِّ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَا ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ثنا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ أَنَّ مَالِكَ بْنَ الْحُوَيْرِثِ قَالَ

لِأَصْحَابِهِ «أَلَا أُرِيَكُمْ كَيْفَ كَانَتْ صَلَاةُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ؟» وَذَلِكَ فِي غَيْرِ حِينِ صَلَاةٍ فَقَامَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ فَكَبَّرَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ فَقَامَ هُنَيْهَةً ثُمَّ سَجَدَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ ثُمَّ انْتَظَرَ ثُمَّ سَجَدَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ ثُمَّ انْتَظَرَ هُنَيْهَةً ثُمَّ سَجَدَ «وَاللَّفْظُ لِعَارِمٍ»

He then raised his head and stood straight for a while, then he prostrated. He then raised his head and waited for a moment, then he prostrated again. Abu Qilaba said, "Our Sheikh, Amr ibn Salama, prayed in this manner." Ayyub said, "Amr used to do something that I do not see people doing. When he raised his head from the last two prostrations in the first and third units, he sat down for a moment and then stood up."
