[Machine] He came to the Prophet with a bad appearance and the Prophet ﷺ said, "Do you have any wealth?" He replied, "Yes." The Prophet asked, "What is your wealth?" He replied, "Camels, horses, and slaves." The Prophet said, "If Allah gives you wealth or goodness, then let it be seen on you, for when Allah honors a servant, He loves to see the signs of His honor on him."
أَنَّهُ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَشِفَ الْهَيْئَةِ سَيِّيءَ الْهَيْئَةِ فَقَالَ «هَلْ لَكَ مَالٌ؟» قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ «مَا مَالُكَ؟» قَالَ إِبِلٌ وَخَيْلٌ وَرَقِيقٌ قَالَ فَإِذَا آتَاكَ اللهُ مَالًا أَوْ قَالَ خَيْرًا فَلْيُرَ عَلَيْكَ فَإِنَّ اللهَ إِذَا أَكْرَمَ عَبْدًا أَحَبَّ أَنْ يَرَى كَرَامَتَهُ عَلَيْهِ
