أَنَّ رَجُلًا طَلَّقَ وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ وَرَاجَعَ وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ فَقَالَ «طَلَّقَ فِي غَيْرِ عِدَّةٍ وَرَاجَعَ فِي غَيْرِ سُنَّةٍ فَلْيُشْهِدْ عَلَى طَلَاقِهِ وَعَلَى مُرَاجَعَتِهِ»
