[Machine] I arrived in Basra and entered the mosque, where I saw an old man with white hair and beard leaning on a cane surrounded by a group of people. I asked, "Who is this?" They replied, "This is Imran ibn al-Husayn."

قَدِمْتُ الْبَصْرَةَ فَدَخَلْتُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَإِذَا أَنَا بِشَيْخٍ أَبْيَضَ الرَّأْسِ وَاللِّحْيَةِ مُسْتَنِدٍ إِلَى أُسْطُوَانَةٍ حَوْلَهُ حَلْقَةٌ يُحَدِّثُهُمْ قُلْتُ مَنْ هَذَا؟ قَالُوا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ
