[Machine] About the Prophet ﷺ , he said that this verse was revealed regarding the spending of their wealth secretly and openly day and night.  

الطبراني:١٤٦٣٣ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عِقَالٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ ثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَرِيبٍ الْمُلَيْكِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ نَزَلَتْ {الَّذِينَ يُنْفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ سِرًّا وَعَلَانِيَةً} أَنَّهَا نَزَلَتْ فِي نَفَقَاتِ الْخَيْلِ
