[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Command the women to express themselves and give permission to their wives." Sufyan ibn 'Amir added in the chain of narration, "at the time of marriage," and Al-Laith ibn Sa'ad narrated it from Abu Husayn, and he did not go beyond 'Adi ibn 'Umayrah.  

الطبراني:١٤٤٧١حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ التِّرْمِذِيُّ ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِيه عَنِ الْعُرْسِ بْنِ عُمَيْرَةََ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَمِّرُوا النِّسَاءَ لِتُعْرِبِ الثَّيِّبُ عَنْ نَفْسِهَا وإذْنُ الْبِكِْر صُمَاتُهَا» زَادَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ فِي الْإِسْنَادِ الْعُرْسَ وَرَوَاهُ اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ فَلَم يُجَاوِزِ عَدِيَّ بْنَ عُمَيْرَةَ
