[Machine] Two men came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ disputing over a piece of land. One of them claimed that it was his land, while the other said it was his land as he had cultivated and planted it. Then, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ swore by the One in whose hand is the land.  

الطبراني:١٤٣٩٥ – حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُسَافِرٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ الْكِنْدِيِّ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُمْ قَالَ

جَاءَ رَجُلَانِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَخْتَصِمَانِ فِي أَرْضٍ فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا هِيَ أَرْضِي وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ هِيَ أَرْضِي حَرَثْتُهَا وَقَصَبْتُهَا «فأحْلَفَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْأَرْضُ»
