“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to raise his hands at every Takbir (saying Allahu Akbar) in the obligatory prayer.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 861)  

الطبراني:١٤٢٣٣ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُعَلَّى الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ثَنَا رِفْدَةُ بْنُ قُضَاعَةَ الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ مَعَ كُلِّ تَكْبِيرَةٍ فِي الصَّلَاةِ الْمَكْتُوبَةِ»

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ مَعَ كُلِّ تَكْبِيرَةٍ فِي الصَّلاَةِ الْمَكْتُوبَةِ  

ibnmajah:865 – Ayyūb b. Muḥammad al-Hāshimī > ʿUmar b. Riyāḥ > ʿAbdullāh b. Ṭāwus from his father > Ibn ʿAbbās

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to raise his hands at every Takbir (saying Allahu Akbar).  

ابن ماجة:٨٦٥ – حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَاشِمِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ رِيَاحٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ عِنْدَ كُلِّ تَكْبِيرَةٍ  

malik:3-19 – Mālik > Yaḥyá b. Saʿīd > Sulaymān b. Yasār

Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Sa'id from Sulayman ibn Yasar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to raise his hands in the prayer.  

مالك:٣-١٩ – وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ فِي الصَّلاَةِ
