[Machine] I arrived in Damascus to perform the obligatory prayer, when suddenly I saw a man whom people were crowding around. I asked, "Who is this?" They replied, "He is Amr al-Bikalli, his hand was wounded on the Day of Yarmouk when the Romans were defeated and expelled from Syria. I heard him saying, 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When you have rulers who command you to pray, pay Zakat, and strive in the cause of Allah, then prayer behind them is permissible for you and insulting them is forbidden."'
