[Machine] "We departed with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to Arafah. Amongst us were those who were praying the obligatory prayer and those who were performing the supererogatory prayer. There is no blame on those who are praying the obligatory prayer for their takbeer (saying Allahu Akbar) and no blame on those who are performing the supererogatory prayer for their talbiyah (saying Labbayk Allahumma Labbayk)." And Abdullah ibn Umar was one of those who were saying the takbeer."  

الطبراني:١٣٣٠٢حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ الْمَاجِشُونِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ

«غَدَوْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى عَرَفَةَ فَمِنَّا الْمُلَبِّي وَمِنَّا الْمُكَبِّرُ لَا يُعَابُ عَلَى الْمُكَبِّرِ تَكْبِيرُهُ وَلَا عَلَى الْمُلَبِّي تَلْبِيَتُهُ» وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ مِمَّنْ يُكَبِّرُ

[Machine] We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the morning of Arafah. Some of us were making the takbeer (saying Allahu Akbar) loudly, while others were making it silently. Nobody criticized those who made loud takbeer or those who made it silently.
