[Machine] "On the day of Badr, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'O Allah, indeed Uthman is in need of You and in need of Your Messenger.' So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ struck him with his arrow."  

الطبراني:١٢٥حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ثنا زَائِدَةُ ثنا كُلَيْبُ بْنُ وَائِلٍ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ يُكَنَّى أَبَا ثَوْرٍ قَالَ كُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَأَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَسَأَلَهُ فَقَالَ أَرَأَيْتَ عُثْمَانَ؟ هَلْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا؟ فَقَالَ

لَا أَمَّا يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ إِنَّ عُثْمَانَ فِي حَاجَتِكَ وَحَاجَةِ رَسُولِكَ» فَضَرَبَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِسَهْمِهِ
