الطبراني:١٢٤٠٥حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا فَرْوَةُ بْنُ أَبِي الْمَغْرَاءِ ثنا عَبِيدَةُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ عَمَّارٍ الدُّهْنِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ

«رُخِّصَ لِلشَّيْخِ الْكَبِيرِ وَالَّذِي يَأْخُذُهُ الْعُطَاشُ وَالْحَامِلِ أَنْ يُفْطِرُوا فِي رَمَضَانَ»
