[Machine] He said, "There is no recitation in the noon and afternoon prayer except with the Mother of the Book." Ibn Abbas said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded us to recite, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had received all the revelations from his Lord."  

الطبراني:١١٦٠٦حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ رَاهَوَيْهِ أَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ أَبَانَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَيْسَ فِي الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ قِرَاءَةٌ إِلَّا بِأُمِّ الْكِتَابِ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ «أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ نَقْرَأَ وَقَدْ بَلَّغَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ رِسَالَاتِ رَبِّهِ»
