tabarani:11393Muḥammad b. ʿAbdullāh al-Ḥaḍramī > Saʿīd b. ʿAmr al-Ashʿathī > Sufyān b. ʿUyaynah > ʿAmr b. Dīnār > ʿAṭāʾ > Ibn ʿAbbās

[Machine] A man bit the hand of another man during the time of the Prophet ﷺ, so the Prophet ﷺ severed his finger. This narration was reported by Sa'id bin 'Amr from Sufyan from 'Amr from 'Ata' from Ibn 'Abbas, and they had some confusion regarding it. It was also narrated by the companions of Ibn 'Uyaynah from Ibn 'Uyaynah from 'Amr from 'Ata' from Safwan bin Ya'la bin Umayyah from his father, and this is the correct narration.
