46. Chapter of Ḍād (Female)
[Machine] She had a sheep in her house, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent to her, saying, "Feed us from your sheep." She said to the Messenger, "There is nothing left for us except the neck, and I am ashamed to send it to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ." So the Messenger returned to her and informed her, and he said, "Go back to her and say to her: Send it, for it is the guidance of the sheep, and the closest sheep to goodness and the furthest from harm."
[Machine] His mother was 'Umrah bint Rawahah, so he came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and bore witness to him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came and mentioned that to him, so he said, "I have given my son Nu'man a portion, and 'Umrah asked me to bear witness to you regarding this." He said, "Do you have any other children besides him?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Have you given all of them the same as you have given Nu'man?" I said, "No." He said, "Some of these innovators say, 'This is injustice,' and some of them say, 'This is preference, bear witness to others regarding this.'" Mujirah said, "Is it not pleasing to you that they treat you with fairness and kindness equally?" He said, "Yes." He said, "Then bear witness to others regarding this." And Mujalid mentioned in his narration, "They have a right over you to treat them equally as you have a right over them that they show you kindness."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It is obligatory to go out (for battle) against every aggressor."
