"اللَّهُمَّ حَبِّبْ إِلَينَا الْمَدِينَةَ كَحُبِّنَا مَكَّةَ أو أشَدَّ، اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا في صَاعِنَا وَفِي مُدِّنَا، وَصَحِّحْها لَنَا وَانْقُلْ حُمَّاهَا إِلَى الْجُحْفَة ".

The Prophet ﷺ said, "O Allah! Make us love Medina as You made us love Mecca, or more, and transfer the fever that is in it, to Al-Juhfa. O Allah! Bless our Mudd and our Sam' (kinds of measures).

البخاري:٦٣٧٢ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ اللَّهُمَّ حَبِّبْ إِلَيْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ كَمَا حَبَّبْتَ إِلَيْنَا مَكَّةَ أَوْ أَشَدَّ وَانْقُلْ حُمَّاهَا إِلَى الْجُحْفَةِ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي مُدِّنَا وَصَاعِنَا

nasai-kubra:4257 – ʿUbaydullāh b. Saʿd b. Ibrāhīm b. Saʿd from my uncle from my father > Ṣāliḥ b. Kaysān > Ibn Shihāb > ʿUrwah b. al-Zubayr > ʿĀʾishah

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اللهُمَّ حَبِّبْ إِلَيْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ كَمَا حَبَّبْتَ إِلَيْنَا مَكَّةَ أَوْ أَشَدَّ اللهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي صَاعِهَا وَمُدِّهَا وَانْقُلْ وَبَاءَهَا إِلَى مَهِيعَةَ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah PBUH looked at the sky and said, "O Allah, make Medina beloved to us as You have made Mecca beloved to us, or even more beloved. O Allah, bless us in its measures, spans, and inhabitants, and transfer its disease to Mahiya, which is Al-Juhfah."
