The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was among those whose prayers was brief and perfect.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ مِنْ أَخَفِّ النَّاسِ صَلاَةً فِي تَمَامٍ

"Messenger of Allah was among the lightest of people in Salat with its completeness."

It was narrated from Anas that the Prophet ﷺ used to make his prayer very brief but still complete when leading people.
