"إِنَّمَا يُلبِّسُ عَلَيْنَا صَلَاتَنَا أَقْوامٌ يَحْضُرونَ الصَّلَاةَ بغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ، فمن شَهِدَ الصَّلَاةَ فَليُحْسِن الطُّهُور ".

"مَا بَالُ رِجَال يَحْضُرُونَ مَعَنا الصَّلاة بِغَيرِ طُهُور، أُولَئِكَ الذين يلبسونَ عَلَينَا صلاتَنَا، من شهد مَعَنَا الصَّلَاة فَلْيُحْسِن الطُّهُورَ".  

[عب] عبد الرازق [حم] أحمد [ز] البزّار في سننه والبغوي، والباوردي، [طب] الطبرانى في الكبير وأَبو نعيم، هاب عن رجل من الصحابة سماه "مؤمن بن إسماعيل الأَعز". قال أبو موسى: لا نعلم أحدًا سمَّاه غيره، وهو أحد الثقات، وقال البغوي عن الأعز رجل من بني غفار، وعند [ز] البزّار في سننه عن الأغر المُزَني وهو خَطَأَ
