[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was sitting with his thigh uncovered when Abu Bakr sought permission to enter, and the Prophet granted him permission while in that state. Then Umar sought permission, and the Prophet granted him permission while in the same state. Then Uthman sought permission, and the Prophet covered himself with his clothes. When they left, I said, "O Messenger of Allah, Abu Bakr and Umar sought permission to enter upon you, and you granted them permission while in that state, but when Uthman sought permission, you covered yourself with your clothes." The Prophet ﷺ said, "O Aisha, should I not be shy of a man when, by Allah, even the angels are shy of him."
