[Machine] “Indeed, Rajab is the month of Allah, and it is called al-Aṣamm (the Deaf), because in the pre-Islamic era, when Rajab began, they would suspend the use of their weapons and set them aside. People would then be safe, travelers would be secure, and they would not fear one another until it came to an end.”

Bayhaqī's Shuʿab al-Īmān from ʿĀʿishah and said it's attribtion to the Prophet ﷺ is munkar

السيوطي:٦٥٦٦aعن عائشة

"إِنَّ رَجَبًا شهرُ اللَّه، وَيُدْعَى الأَصَمَّ، وكان أَهلُ الجاهلية إِذا دخل رجبٌ يُعَطِّلُونَ أَسْلَحَتهمْ، وَيَضَعُونَهَا، فكان الناسُ يأمنون، ويأمَنُ السَّبيلُ، ولا يخافون بعضُهم بعضًا حتى يَنْقَضى".

[هب] البيهقى في شعب الإيمان عن عائشة، وقال: رَفْعُهُ مُنْكرٌ
